I've always been someone who thought outside the box. I've questioned the norm, challenged what I was told life should look like, and never quite fit into the version of success society handed me.

I grew up in a Jewish family on Long Island, studied psychology at university, and then left the country to discover what else was out there. At the time, I was searching for ways to connect with God, my voice, my purpose, and a life that actually felt like mine.

Over the last decade, that search has taken me around the world—living and teaching throughout Thailand, exploring India and Europe, and immersing myself in psychology, yoga, meditation, music, movement, Reiki, mindfulness, and IFS Parts Work.

The biggest lesson wasn't found in another training or certification. It came from remembering who the fuck I am after cleaning the mirror of who I was told I should be.

What I've come to realize is that no one can do what you do. Every one of us has unique gifts to offer this world. Sometimes we just need the right tools, support, and space to believe it's actually possible to live a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and joyful.

That's why I share this work.

Some of us have simply lost touch with the parts of ourselves that have always known the way deep down. 

What I offer is simple: a journey back home to yourself.
